How to manage thick, coarse, curly hair? It’s a good question and that’s exactly what you, me & Jesse from @Jesse's Barbershop are going to be covering today.

Then after that we’ll show you some of our best routines and products that we use to master our natural coarse, unruly hair.

In regards to mens hairstyles, the bun hawk is not the most common that you would see but it is funky, unusual and I actually like it more and more the more I try it. Hey guys and welcome back for what seems like a super duper delayed hair growth check in. I wanted to use this video to just show you guys how long my hair actually is now seeing as I haven’t actually hit it with my hair straightener in a while and that’s usually when it looks it’s longest. I’ve literally fallen in love with how my hair is looking now and I think I’ve finally decided that I’m not going to be getting any sort of undercut in the near future. I’m just too attached to it. I also have set a new goal of having no hair goals at all as I just seem to get happier as it grows. I also want to focus in more on the mens long hair community I’m building over on Facebook as well as the new subreddit for all those guys out there who find themselves on google searching for things such as “how to grow your hair out men”, “awkward stage mens”, “long hair men”, “grow your hair out guys”, “awkward stage mens hair growth”, “long hair men awkward stage”, & “how to grow hair faster men” just to name a thousand common search terms that I’m currently seeing lol. In fact, one of those search terms is probably how you found me... No, but really, there does seem to be an increasingly large amount of interest now about how to deal with the awkward stage and the need for advice on how grow your hair without looking bad and to be honest, that’s exactly why I’m making this sort of content for you guys and pretty much why the group exists in the first place, you know? There’s also a few other really good mens hair YouTubers starting to emerge now with a focus on hair tips for men who are growing their hair out. Luca Santangelo hair videos have been some pretty inspiring ones that I’ve seen lately and his hair is starting to look great! Not sure if he’s going to the man bun or not but he’s kicking butt with the content right now. One of his latest videos called “Hair Tips I wish I Knew Sooner” was a pretty watch and I’d strongly recommend you check it out after this video. So, what else is happening other than me talking about the best hair for guys? Well, I’m not sure how many of you already knew this but behind the scenes here I’ve been making a few changes like quitting smoking and testing a complete plant based diet which has been a really tough gig lol. As far as measurements go, I grew 0.5 inches (a little less) giving me a measurement of about 9.5 inches in total. What I found extremely interesting about this month was compared to the last 3 months, it was the first month without using the Watermans Grow Me Shampoo, Grow Me Conditioner, Grow More serum and grow pro hair vitamins. From November 2017 to the end of January 2018 I used the Watermans grow me range and each month without fail exceeded 1 inch of hair growth which was amazing. So to go from those hair growth results to a pitiful 0.5 inches was really disappointing BUT on the other hand it doesn’t inconvenience me too much and I can at least now get all my hair into a full man bun right! Also please forgive me for mucking up my hair growth checkins. Thanks to James Rose for bringing it to my attention. It’s literally due to a lack of consistency. Filming dates always landed relative to what my schedule could provide and I think I’ve just mixed up the times a bit. The truth is It was actually a year ago I announced I would grow my hair out. The lesson I’ve learned here is to be consistent from day one. How ever I’m still really glad I’ve been documenting this process and will continue to do so. Thanks so much for coming to watch! Welcome for my very first professional style hair tutorial. As you guys know I’ve been studying professional hairstyling since the end of last year and I must say doing this course has increased my passion for way beyond. A lot of the styling techniques I’ve learnt so far are based mostly around curls and for the first time ever I’ve been enlightened to the magic of using a curling wand! Most of you who watch me regularly will know I usually make all my curly hairstyles with a flat iron but I think I’ve found a better solution! So in today’s hair tutorial, we’re going to be showing you how to make awesome professional beach waves on long hair. I know not all of you have fully grown your hair out yet and it doesn’t really matter. You can do this beach wave hairstyle on medium hair as well but I think for the best results having your hair fully grown out is best, but there’s no reason why you can’t start practicing now. Ok it's Romphim Review time! I a lot of you have been waiting for this just as long as I have, now let's have a good close up look. A few of the questions I was getting about this on Snapchat were: Q1. Does a Romphim have a belt section A1. No Q2. What material is a Romphim made from A2. My one is made from Twill Cotton, which is like denim almost. Q3. How much is a Romphim A3. I got my Rophim for $200USD (Which I thought was rather expensive but hey) Things I was impressed with: 1. My Romphim fits beautifully. When it came in the male the waste extension strapped were put on the bigger setting, but I just moved them along one and it fit around my middle perfectly. 2. The fabric is thicker than I expected but feels like good quality and is nice to wear. 3. The anatomy of this piece. the buttons are straightforward and there is a zip for easy access to pee. (not sure what's going to happen when I need to do a poo when I'm wearing this but I'll be sure to keep you posted.) Things I wasn't so impressed with: 1. The amount of time it took to actually get the damn thing to me. I ordered it in May and was supposed to receive it in August, but got it at end of September instead. I get it, they are a startup and it's their first time but I was still a little pissed regardless. 2. It was nicely wrapped up and presented when I opened it but there were a few black marks on my Romphim. The reason this disappointed me so much was that I paid $200USD for it (which is a lot of money to me) and I guess I was expecting it to be in better condition than it was. However, on an overall look at it, I actually really love it. It's so alternative and fun which is exactly like me. I gave it a 7 out of 10 because I think the price and the black marks were a little off-putting, even though those 2 things don't actually reflect anything on the quality and fit of the product, I'm marking it on my entire experience sooooo yeah.
