Also known as Whitehall Corporate Center/Office Building 3.
The area is mostly full of Schindler 500As, despite them being in later constructed buildings. All 500A elevators here seem to all have 400A Chimes.
Of the 3 500A sets I bothered with in the area, this seemed to be the sketchiest set as they didn't run good. They have a rare variant of Schindler voice that is faster, softer, and more British sounding compared to the usual (but still rare) slower paced and simplistic sounding voice I've seen on the other 500A's here.
FUN FACT: All elevators on the Whitehall Corporate Center Property are Tractions and all go the same speed of 350 FPM regardless of floors or brand.

Yuck, these painted cabs aren't doing it for me. These would be more interesting with the original brass coat and not this basic ass paint job that doesn't collide well with the brass.

This is a really interesting set of elevators. These are some late older Schindler models put in around 2014/2015. Upon further inspection, these are likely 400AE's and not 500A's like I thought they were. There are actual 400AE's in the parking garage and they run and sound MUCH different than this set. But as you can hear, these are pretty loud during operation and many 500A's don't make too much noise in comparison going up and down, unless a 500A doesn't run good.
Debating aside, these sport a similar style as One and Two Piedmont Center elevators nearby, but have different lanterns and exterior chimes, as well as EPCO Singapore buttons! These run super well and super fast.

This is an elevator long overdue for filming since I last filmed it in 2020.
This was originally a 1978 Otis Lexan, but has had the COP replaced with an Otis Series 1 COP, odd mix! The buttons are Circa 1993, however the lack of a door close button and an older Otis Logo makes this seem like a 1980's mod. Sadly, the Floor Indicator is burnt out and I can't tell if it's an Analog or Digital Indicator. Despite the COP mod, pretty much everything is original and it runs fine!

Well, this runs like absolute crap. It's also pretty boring minus the EPCO Circleline COP.

I have no clue what this is. I narrowed it down to a possible General Oiltronic. Whatever they are, I love! The Outside Call Panel on the first floors looks awesome! And the White GAL JetPlus Fixtures are nice to see as well. The first one is super bell happy, but too bad most of the Circle Floor Indicators are burnt out on the Main Panel. The 2nd one's Circle Floor Indicators actually all work this time, but the bell only works on the arriving floor only. These are both nice cabs that run well.

Here was the only elevator I was able to find in Downtown.
I was blown away that these had Roto Dials, but of course they don't work and the one on the 2nd floor had the numbers removed. :-(
It's a shame they don't work, but the Elevator is still pretty nice with its vintage charm! It could run better though.

This is my first Kone DD and I was excited to finally experience one! This modded some Otis's from the Circa 1970's when it used to be an office building. During the conversion to Embassy Suite, they were modded by Kone. I'm not sure if this is truly a Polaris, as this was modded around the time Polaris turned into the pathetically named "Destination" DD system that Kone uses now. Whether this is Polaris or Destination doesn't really matter, as these are some cool mods that run well and have nice cabs. My only complaint is that they should've used a Full Panel COP and not a "Slap On" Style COP as it sticks out like a sore thumb. The LCD Screen is also kind of dumb looking. Other than that, this is a neat mod, though I would've loved to see what these were before.

This is a random 2 Story Hydro outside of the the building. The boring fixtures are the least of my problems though. as this has an impatient door that closes as soon as it's done opening. This used to be a scenic but they painted over the windows, which was stupid. Overall, a lot of wasted potential here.
