This is an excerpt from a message that serves as either a sequel or summary (either works) to the message series “4 Views of 2 Mountains”. This reveals the terrifying and devastating reality (and destiny) of the legalist that does not make a turn.
Of all of the messages I ever did, I feel that the most important this series in which I contrasted what James 1, Galatians 4, Hebrews 12, Romans 7 and 8 and 2 Corinthians 3 reveal about the character and destiny of those associated with Sinai and those associated with Zion.
As I released these messages I started seeing feedback from people who said they were getting a true realization of grace and being set free from years of legalism, and as I stay in contact with these brothers and sisters today I can see that their tone has really changed.
A couple of months has passed and these messages are down at the bottom of my list, so I want to bring them to your attention if you have not seen them.

Recorded a bunch of stuff so I can pitch bass/piano duo for cocktail hours last night. Unfortunately after the session I realized I had totally forgot to set the lighting and cameras, so the video footage is basically unusable for professional purposes. Still might be fun to watch. Playing with just upright and no drums is one of the most difficult contexts to lock in. You find yourself overly cautious about the time because "something's missing" and it's easy to be rigid.
