Radeon HD 6450 vs Old Games | Retro Gaming on a Display Adapter? (2023 Edition)
The HD 6450 certainly falls into the category worst GPUs to ever be release, alongside the GT 210 of course, but to be fair, it was never meant to be a gaming card, rather an office based display adapter, still, many people got themselves one and were disappointed with the gaming performance to say the least.
Now, as you know that the modern gaming performance is terrible, what about retro games, more like the 2000s classics that offer great gameplay and story, can they run on the 6450 good enough?
Well, let's find that out :)

In today's day and age of questioning whether 6GB is good enough for 1080P I bring to you 2015's GTX 960, a 2 GB model of the card to be precise.
For a pretty ridiculous price of just about 30$ I was able to get this GPU in perfect condition, but after so many years, and so much advancement in the GPU market, can it even provide any reasonable gaming experience?

Overview:
Radeon HD 4350 is an Entry-Level Graphics Card based on the R700 Architecture.
Architecture:
R700 was AMD's Second Unified Shader Architecture.
GPU:
It equips a GPU Codenamed RV710 which has 1 Compute Units activated and thus offers 80 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs. The Central Unit is clocked at 600MHz.
Memory:
The GPU accesses a 512MB frame buffer of DDR2, through a 64-bit memory interface. The size of the frame buffer is adequate. The Memory Clock Operates at 400MHz.
Power Consumption:
With a rated board TDP of 20W, it requires at least a 300W PSU and relies entirely on the PCI Slot for Power, meaning no extra connectors are required.
Performance:
Gaming benchmarks put its performance on average with GeForce 8400 GS meaning is it considerably slower than GeForce 9500 GT.
