This is the shortened version of my 40+ minute P.I.P.P Test done on 29 August 2019 at Manukau. this is taken from shortly before JK72 (Hanna) caught up with me after being instructed by her supervisor Dave to obtain my detains for recording the Police Station from a public footpath, which Dave or any other NZ Police constable has NO right to given no offence had been, was, or was about to be committed by myself, Hanna, Sam, Tony and Scott have no doubt learnt a valuable lesson or two.
1) Photography in a Public Place is NOT unlawful.
yes they can ask in a consensual conversation which i have no obligation to answer any question but not unlawfully detain me and overstep your power and authority.
2) That i am not someone to f*ck with while exercising my rights.

Along with the IPCA complaint i filed yesterday with the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
