Like most people, Daniel Louzonis had a traditional education background. He grew up in an academically rigorous system in Massachusetts, graduating from high school in 1992.
Daniel Louzonis worked to get into an Ivy League school and eventually got into the University of Pennsylvania. He was the captain of the math team in college and found college math easier than high school.

Today's episode tackles about the Unsit Treadmill Desk and the benefits of walking. http://learntruehealth.com/treadmill-desk/
Our guest for today is a fitness expert and the inventor of the revolutionary Treadmill Desk, Rob Jacobs.
The purpose of creating the machine is to prevent the ill health effects and common office lifestyle of prolonged sitting down. He believes that thru the Unsit Treadmill Desk, he can motivate people to move while working and help break the unhealthy habits of sitting too much. But, if one can not get a treadmill desk, then “set the alarm to get up and move every 20 minutes,” says Rob.
“Sitting around on the job is something that’s gonna go away for a variety of reasons, health reasons, fitness reasons, productivity reasons and creativity reasons. I find it more creative and I come up with ideas more when I wind up and walking around.” – Rob Jacobs
Rob believes that our body is designed to move around. If the body is constantly at rest and do not move may lead to these physiological risks:
1. Bottom of the feet – Serves as a “switch”. When we stand up it sends a signal to the brain that there’s a threat or there are opportunities. If we turned that switch “off” by sitting down too much, it sends a lot of functions in the brain that are meant for solving problems, to rest, or asleep. Calories burned start to drop lower to 1 calorie a minute because our body is at rest.
2. Lower limbs – When we are stuck in one right angle contraption, it puts pressure on the big muscles in the body impeding blood circulation in the lower limbs leading to all tingling pain.
3. Spine– We’re supposed to have a nice “S” form on our backs. But when we sit our spine is curving in a wrong direction. It is curved the other way squishing our discs backwards putting pressure on the nerves that later on leads to sciatic nerve pain.
4. Shoulder and Neck: Too much sitting causes neck infringements and discomfort
5. Blood Sugar – When our calories burned drop down to zero, we start to feel sleepy and loses energy. Normally, people grab caffeine and sugar to stay awake instead of walking and moving. In years of doing this, could lead to inflammation of pancreas or diabetes.

Dr. Brooke Weitz

Today's episode tackles about vaccination and the unknown risks and dangers that go along with this medical tradition.
We're taught that immunizations are necessary to shield us from viruses that cause contagious and fatal illnesses. However, researches say otherwise.
Our guest today, Dr. Heather Wolfson is a Chiropractic physician who provides chiropractic and nutritional care to adults and children. She is married to Dr. Jack Wolfson, or better known as the Paleo Cardiologist in the world of Naturopathic Medicine.
According to the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, "Disease prevention is the key to public health. It is always better to prevent a disease than to treat it. Vaccines prevent disease in the people who receive them and protect those who come into contact with unvaccinated individuals. Vaccines help prevent infectious diseases and save lives."
But contrary to this statement was the result of a comprehensive survey conducted for more than 12,000 kids from Europe and USA. It was found out that vaccinated kids are more chronically ill than unvaccinated kids. These children according to the study had acquired ear infections, autism, ADHD, allergies, coordination and gross motor issues and many others.
In fact, numerous vaccines were discovered to had problems and were banned from the market later on. GlaxoSmithKline apparently removed a vaccine for Lyme disease citing reasons such as poor sales, but later it was found out that people who were vaccinated suffered from symptoms that were even worse than the disease!
Heather will also enlighten us on the benefits of Chiropractor and other natural practices to cure diseases instead of relying on vaccines. "There's no such thing as separating the poisons out. There's no safe vaccine. The benefit of going to the Chiropractor is you have the healing hands. We have to have a healthy nervous system. Chiropractors use their hands in adjusting and address nutrition."

Alan Bell: From Victim To Superhero http://learntruehealth.com/alan-bell/
Alan Bell is the author of Poisoned. It tells how a prosecutor turned his medical mystery into a crusade for environmental victims.
I have a lot of guests who have stressed the negative effects of environmental toxins from chemicals to ordinary items such as make-up. People are getting sick and doctors are making them drink lots of medicines.
Successful Prosecutor
"I was a prosecutor in South Florida in the 80s. That time, they were filming 'Miami Vice' and I was there. Suddenly I came down with really bizarre medical symptoms. I started getting a sore throat, my eyes started burning me, my lungs started burning," Alan Bell said.allan bell
It progressed to the point where Alan Bell began feeling fatigue. Like flu that wouldn't go away. So he went to several doctors but they didn't know what was wrong.
It became worse and Alan Bell was experiencing seizures. He went to the Mayo Clinic, Cleaveland Clinic and National Jewish Hospital among others.
Poisoned
Finally one day, there was a physician at National Jewish Hospital in Colorado who told Bell he was poisoned based on blood test results. He flew back to South Florida and talked to his investigators and told them the doctors' findings. He instructed them to investigate what was causing his condition.
"I went to another doctor in South Florida who specialized in environmental health. He told me the building I was working in is making me sick. I didn't believe him at first but when my investigators came back with results, they affirmed what this Florida doctor said. That was my 'Ah-ha!' moment," recalls Alan Bell.
That doctor advised him to get out of South Florida and settle somewhere else far away. He referred Alan Bell to a support group that deals with people who are environmentally injured.
Erin Brockovich and Bubble Boy
"Hence, they relocated me to an 800 square foot bubble in the middle of the Arizona desert. So along with my wife and daughter, we went to Arizona, to that bubble in the middle of nowhere," recalls Alan.
Inside the bubble was nothing. In addition to that, it was like a cold, steel cell. Consequently, Bell ended up in a wheelchair. And his health deteriorated. Soon, his wife couldn't handle the situation so she left and left their child with Alan.
"I fought to stay alive for the sake of my daughter. All I had in the bubble was a phone, fax, pencil and paper. Hence, I began to use those tools to talk to the top scientists on the planet," said Bell.

Surrounded By Nature
Kuszewski grew up in Poland where she lived until she was 20 years old. She then moved to Australia with her mom and had been based the land down under for 30 years.
Life was harsh in Poland as Kuszewski described it, but she had a close connection with nature. Not surprisingly, it nurtured her desire to explore the healing nature of plants since then.

Devastating News
It took Kuszewski five years to get a degree because she was not fluent in English when she went to school. She was likewise unsure of what career path to take after she graduated.
However, as Kuszewski was figuring out how to maximize her education, her mom developed lung cancer at the age of 56. It certainly caught the family by surprise because Kuszewski’s mom was known to have a healthy lifestyle.
Consequently, Kuszewski started to do intensive research to educate herself about cancer and treatments. Understandably, she felt confused, helpless, angry, fearful and frustrated about the whole situation.
However, Kuszewski says there were only three standard treatments available that time —- surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. It certainly took a lot of thorough assessment deciding on which treatment was the best option.

Early Years As A Doctor
Dr. Shiroko Sokitch saved a life for the first time during her third year in medical school. A man who was shot was rushed to the emergency room where she was on duty. Upon saving his life, Dr. Shiroko Sokitch decided to become a surgeon.
However, she found her daily operations very mundane when she started her residency. At 25 years old, Dr. Shiroko Sokitch felt that her career was going nowhere until she became part of a medical team who operated on a woman who had a cyst. But they stopped the procedure when they found out during surgery that the woman had cancer.
