I happen to stumble across this guy's channel the other day and was blown away yet again by this Brewer City Police Officer, City Hall Manager and now the Douche Chief of Police when he walks on over to talk to them!! This is so messed up that even the Chief of Police doesn’t know our Rights To Record in Public!!
Part 2 is being released Friday, May 14th. Go show him some love as he hasn't been doing any first amendment audits in a couple of years now, I think he should get back out there, and do more audits for sure.

January 7th, 2019, TRG visited the City Hall of Brewer, Maine to conduct a first amendment audit.
He began the tour by showing the architecture and historic items on the grounds.
A few more minutes go by and officer Tardiff of the Brewer Police Department arrives on the scene. TRG is escorted outside and in the coming moments, the officer tries to issue a criminal trespass.
Title 17 section 402 subsection 1-D states that a person is guilty of criminal trespass if they Remain in any place in defiance of a lawful order to leave that was personally communicated to that person by the owner or another authorized person.
Once the officer made it clear that TRG was to leave the building, he complied, and at this point, beyond being confused if he should stay or go, has committed no crime.
Police interrogations use several different tactics to gain information voluntarily. Interrogations are commonly referred to as "interviews" as the term sounds less threatening.
The “interviews” often begin by asking for background information. Asking simple questions and engaging in small talk allows the suspect to feel at ease which can elicit voluntary responses to the questions. Once a suspect begins answering as though they’re in a consensual conversation, the interrogation continues with questions about the crime.
Typically, this happens by emphasizing potential consequences for refusing to admit guilt or simply accusing the suspect of having committed the act.
On the contrary, they may also minimize the suspect's hand in the crime and the associated consequences of his or her actions for the purposes of eliciting a confession.
No matter what tactic they apply, it is always best to reserve your right to remain silent.
After the officers huddle in shame as they try to figure out, years after being hired, what their job is and how to do it, TRG is released. He then walks to the brewer police department and conducts an audit on the department.

These pseudo names are randomly generated combinations of alphabets and numbers. However, this approach offers limited privacy as both Bitcoin addresses are registered on the blockchain, opening them to public access. Even pseudonymous addresses are not fully private. A few transactions carried on by a participant over time can be linked to the same address, allowing the possibility of others to become aware of an address owner's trends and their identity.
Along with anonymity, the mining process for Monero is based on the egalitarian concept. This is the principle that all people are equal and deserve equal opportunities. Its developers did not keep any stake for themselves when they launched Monero (2014) but they did bank on contributions and community support to further develop the virtual currency.
Another advantage of Monereo over Bitcoin is fungibility. This means that two units of a currency can be mutually substituted with no difference between them. While no $1 bills are equal in value, they are not fungible, as each carries a unique serial number. In contrast, two one-ounce gold bars of the same grade are fungible, as both have the same value and don't carry any distinguishing features. Using this analogy, a bitcoin is the $1 bill, while Monero is that piece of gold.
