Egg Roll Recipe, African Egg Roll: How To Make Nigerian Egg Roll (Step By Step)
When we say egg roll, the Korean or Chinese Recipe comes to mind but today recipe is the Nigerian Egg Roll.
it is prepared using flour, cooked eggs, butter and other ingredients that you will get to find out soon.
This version of egg roll has an egg wrapped well with dough and is also deep fried.
When preparing the mixture, the dough needs to be very soft for easy rolling of the egg in the dough.

125g of butter
83ml or 1/3 cup of sugar
3 tbls of powdered milk
1/2 tsp of active yeast (optional)
1.2ml or 1/4 tsp of baking powder
1.2ml or 1/4 tsp of salt
