Gov. Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island has declared May 1 as a "Day of Reason" in his state. The secular celebration is being held on the same day as the National Day of Prayer. Thomas Langenbach, 47, is vice-president of SAP, a global software company in Palo Alto, California. He is expected to be arraigned today on four felony counts of burglary at Santa Clara County Court.
