Then, they went to the Lavi Sandbar in the Erythia Sea, Cadensia Region, where they carried out the standard quest "The Sandbar Hulk" and rebooted the Sandbar Ferronis Hulk. Now, they will make a long overdue trip back to the City and explore it for new dialogue and topics available in Chapter 6. The party resumes at the Sandbar Ferronis Hulk on the Lavi Sandbar, Cadensia Region. Eunie recently changed her class to Lone Exile, so she gains a couple of ranks with Nopon Coins. They also level up Isurd a little bit with bonus EXP. The party skip travels to Serene Square in the City. They explore this massive place for new dialogue and info. There are also a couple of quest events, but the party will save those for later. At the Mxene Tech Quarter in the west, they learn the info "City Discontent (1/2)". In the Centrilo Parade east of Serene Square, the party learns the info "A 'Novel' Book". Up a few flights of stairs in the northeast, the party learns the info "White Fog on Erythia Sea (1/2)". The other part of this topic is in Erythia Sea itself. On the lower eastern corridor north of Centrilo Parade, the party learns the info "City Discontent (2/2)". From Mitia Lookout in the north, it looks like the party can see the rocky underside of Aionios. In the Caelum Residential Quarter in the south, the party learns the info "Gray's Autonomy". It sounds like this leads to Gray's ascension quest. By the way, Monica's ascension quest is not available until Chapter 7. In the southeast, atop the stairway to Virid Park, the party learns the info "Six Houses' Enmity". When the party has finished wandering around the City, they sip travel to Thurbin Harbor on Thurbin Island in the Erythia Sea, Cadensia Region. They board the Boundary and sail south and east. South of the Anu Shoals archipelago, they approach a thick fog bank for a quest event. Something weird is going on. Though the fog dissipates, the plot thickens. The party learns the info "White Fog on Erythia Sea (2/2)". The party sails to Needle Reef Beach in the south of the sea. On the northeastern beach, they fight the Littlefort Morley, a Level 46 unique monster. This crabby critter has high defense and is resistant to Break. Southeast of Littlefort Morley's grave, they find a rare item. The party skip travels to the Sage's Domicile in Dannagh Desert, Fornis Region. They talk to Seekseek and exchange Gold Nopon Coins for a few more Analyzer Scopes. They will equip them later. The party skip travels to the City Camp in the City. They level up a gem. They cook some more Highly-Piley Ocean's Bounty. They discuss the info "Six Houses' Enmity" for bonus EXP. The other topics start quests. The party saves. This is video #023 in my playthrough of Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation for the Nintendo Switch. The enemies there are barely any trouble anymore, and the leveling is getting a little slow. So, the party will now move their hunt to Baramos's Lair, where there are plenty of experience points to earn. Alltrades Abbey: The party resumes at Alltrades Abbey. They Zoom to the town of Asham. Overworld (time 0:59): Outside Asham, the party climbs aboard Ramia. They fly southwest to Necrogond. They land outside the castle on the western island in the plateau's lake. They enter Baramos's Lair. Baramos's Lair (time 1:23): Welcome to the final dungeon of the Overworld, Baramos's Lair. The party will not be exploring it yet. From the outdoor areas, the party can Zoom elsewhere without having to Evac first. There are plenty of strong enemies around. Living Statues have fairly high strength, and they can get in desperate attacks. Leger-de-Men have a variety of offensive and debuffing magic at their disposal, as well as fire breath attacks. However, Leger-de-Men can drop Yggdrasil Leaves. Armfuls can act twice per round, and they have Burning Breath, which can paralyze multiple party members. Silhouettes can cast Whack and Thwack, but they have fairly low health. The party may also encounter Liquid Metal Slimes. They are even harder to kill than Metal Slimes, but they leave behind ca. 10,000 experience points apiece. However, there is a better place to hunt them later. Sylv the Sage reaches Level 29 and learns the Mage spell Kasizzle. Kasizzle is the strongest group fire spell. Red the Merchant reaches Level 29. Serena the Sage reaches Level 28. She learns the Priest spell Thwack and the Mage spell Bounce. Bounce erects a barrier that reflects magic to the caster. Davilas the Hero reaches Level 34 and learns the spell Fullheal. Even before the two Sages! Fullheal fully restores one living party member's HP. Red the Merchant reaches Level 30. Sylv the Sage reaches Level 30. He learns the Priest spell Fullheal and the Mage spell Sheen. Sheen cures a single ally of curse. After a lucky Liquid Metal Slime kill, Red the Merchant reaches Level 31. Serena the Sage reaches Level 29 and learns the Mage spell Kasizzle. The party steps outside and Zooms to Asham. Overworld (time 26:05): They enter Asham. Asham (time 26:10): The party rests at the inn. Then, they leave town again. Overworld (time 26:29): The party flies back to Baramos's Lair.
