Alt. Kettlebell Hardstyle Snatch into Windmill
A quick demonstration of the alternating kettlebell Hardstyle snatch into Windmill. Some of the dot points highlighted in this video for the Windmill are the slanted pelvis, hip hinge, thoracic rotation, shoulder rotation, stabilization, strength.
Adjusting the stance and bringing one leg further out brings the pelvis on a slant which assists with getting more range, the thoracic spine rotates to keep the shoulder safe while it stabilizes. The windmill is great for stabilization and strength.
