The government has procured laptops for each district in the country to support district statisticians in collecting and updating information related to the Parish Development Model.
According to Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, the Minister for ICT and National Guidance, the tablets being used for the census shall also be made available to district officials to support other programs.
He stated this while handing over the laptops to the Minister for Local Government, Raphael Magyezi.
