I wrote this song as a message to anyone going through a hard time in life, whatever that may entail as we all have our own unique struggles. The message in this song summed up is that no matter what other people say or do to you, no matter what obstacles or roadblocks you may have to face, no matter what's happening at home, at school, in the country or even in the world as a whole; you can make it through. As long as you stay determined to make it and truly believe in your ability to do so, you can and will, no matter how long it takes. You will make it through the hard times and to your own Promise Land, the place in life you decide you want to end up, despite what tries to stop you.
