Real Russian Kvass recipe without extra Yeast.
This is the way to make Russian Kvass that has almost no alcohol.
This is an authentic and the real way for how to make Kvass recipe at home.
This is a very low alcohol Kvass because no extra Yest is added.
Keep it at room temperature (about 30 degrees Celsius)
for no more than 2 days. If you let it ferment longer or if you add yeast it has a higher level of alcohol but still very low that you would not feel any different.
Kvass is very easy to make and it's a really refreshing drink in the summer.
This Kvass is normal to be a bit sour.
If you prefer it more sweet, just add more sugar.
