Today's veterans day, so I wanted to do a crossfit workout that is dedicated to a soldier who did crossfit and was killed in action. Micheal Murphy was a navy seal, you could know him from the book or the movie lone survivor. I did a 1/2 mile run, then 10 round of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats, and another 1/2 mile run. The time was 30:29.
