Ahaus and the Netherlands were the first destinations of my backpacking adventure through Germany/Europe. In this video I explore (a little) around the German town of Ahaus, we visit the Netherlands, and go to an American Texas Steakhouse in German for American Burgers and also I try a new German beer... the Banana Weizen. It was awesome, not going to lie. Ahause is a relatively small town located in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located very close to the Netherlands border - so close in fact, that taking a drive into Holland is a piece of cake.
