Great exercise for warming up your hands, wrists, biceps, shoulders, coordination and core!
Start with a stick and gradually increase the weight e.g. I start with a 30lb fixed barbell (as seen in this video) and move my way up to a Olympic barbell (45lbs)
Aim for 10-20 continuous reps (or spins) really fun to perform in the gym and people will stop and stare at you for sure :)
