What's really sad about Amanda's story is that she says it took her over two decades and 100 men later before she found a partner that loves her unconditionally. To me that means she met a partner that lived up to her lofty expectations but he was still naive and able to fall in love after all those years and bond with someone because he hadn't bonded with too many other women before that. He hadn't received the typical emotional baggage men receive from getting divorce raped because it was amicable. Maybe he's a widow or he just never married. But I saw pictures of the two of them and their kid on Instagram and he's tall, slender, got all his own hair and looks like the perfect 45 to 50 year old Ken Doll. He has much higher sexual marketplace value than she does. But even with all that said I have a really hard time believing that she's a virgin. First of all because of her so called virginity up to the age of 41 she would probably be considered on the right politically because she's a Christian. Do you really expect all the big woke papers like the New York Times to let a so called Christian conservative post a story about how virtuous she is and that she's waiting for the right man. He didn't give me a topic so I wanted to discuss a relatively recent conclusion a researcher came to when it comes to women's selection of men these days. In one study 80% of women only selected 1% of men out of a choice of 100 men. That probably means that for 20% of women the top 1 guy out of 100 wasn't enough for them. For them would it be one in thousand or one in ten thousand. I don't really want to get into the stats. I'm more interest in what's causing women to have such high standards. The sexual marketplace was already dysfunctional before Tinder came out in 2013 and back when I was on there from 2014 and 2015. Before that there were dating apps so you could date outside your social circle but the number of people doing that was only about ten to twenty percent of the dating population. It wasn't a mainstream activity yet. The majority of women didn't use computers for dating unless they were homely looking or older and their options were limited in the real world. I knew older women that were able to score well to do doctors and engineers on dating apps 15 years ago and you can sure bet that other women heard about that and started using them. But it wasn't until Tinder made online dating super easy that it finally took off. That's when things started changing. The option for the majority of women to suddenly be able to date outside their social circle created a buffet of shlongs. Sure women had the option to sleep around before but now there were zero social consequences because the men they were sleeping with were not in their friends circle. This was hookup culture on steroids. It worked out well for me back then because I could go on Tinder and in a week or two have a girlfriend. But back then there were unlimited swipe rights and it wasn't to play platform. I suspect that what happened as a result of Tinder is the same tiny group of guys is having bedroom adventures with hundreds if not thousands of whamen. All the women that are getting together with him are trying to land and keep him. If they can't land that Chad then they go on Tinder and throw themselves at another. The sexual marketplace is probably a monopoly for a small minority of men at the top thanks to Tinder and Bumble. Women can afford to be picky because they see Chads on there all the time and can easily hook up with them. Even if it's for one night if they are average woman that's a five or six. Then they go on to become Alpha widdows. They become single until they find another alpha. Today someone sent me an article called: "Study finds more than 60 percent of young men are single. Who are all the young women dating?" unquote. The author is clearly misguided. Dating is dead. Were living in the midst of an online hookup culture. The young women that are dating are either with older and more established men in their thirties and forties. Or they are hooking up with the Chads. Or maybe both if they use something like Ashley Madison. The guys at the top are getting the overwhelming majority of the sexual attention. And that she put her in danger by not trying to put the fire out with a lid or baking tray over the grease fire at first when it was smaller, or trying to use the fire extinguisher. If I hadn't come home when I did I don't want to think about what would have happened The fire department showed up but the fire was already out, and my wife returned too, driven by a neighbor. I was angry with her for the reasons I said and she just totally clammed up. I went to stay with my brother and sister and law that night, taking our daughter. And my wife was very angry with me over it, saying the next day "how dare i leave her alone after that, she needed someone to drive her to the urgent care after injuring her feet running barefoot" That upset me even more, that that was what she was worried about, not what had almost happened when she ran out of the house on fire without our baby.
