I am Sharing Shahi Version Of Biryani that will take minimal effort and Best taste
ingredients:-
Chicken : 750 Grams
Rice : 750 Grams
Fried Onions : 3-4 medium size
Oil :- As required
Ghee :- 3-4 Tablespoon
Spices (For Rice):-
Cardamom, cinnamon, Cloves, Tej patta - 2-3 pieces each
Garam Masala Powder- 2 Tablespoon
Salt- As per taste (use more as Water must be salty)
Spices(for Chicken):-
Cardamom, cinnamon, Cloves, Tej patta - 2-3 pieces each
Garam Masala Powder- 2 Tablespoon
Salt- As per taste
Turmeric powder- 2 Tablespoon
Chilly powder - 3-4 Tablespoon
Fried Onions.
lemon - 1/2 (juice)
oil- 1 Tablespoon
at last-
Kewra Water-1 Tablespoon
Rose water- 1 Tablespoon
Orange Food Colour
Ghee -4-5 tablespoons
Total cooking Time.
45 minutes to 1 hour(max)
on Dam(30 mins)
