Banana paratha is a very good and tasty recipe. Usually paratha is made with aloo or other vegetables. Today I tried a ripe banana paratha, the outcome was so tasty that's why I am sharing this recipe with you all.
Every house has plenty of ripe bananas, always worried about how to finish this ripe banana. The simple solution is banana paratha, because this is tasty and all age generations can eat it, children will love the Paratha. Easily finish the ripen banana.
Usually Paratha are preparing, kneading, stuffing, rolling, cooking so many procedures are involved. But this banana paratha is not a stuffed one, so it is easy to prepare and roll. This paratha is a little sweet in taste. For more flavor you can add cardamom or elaichi powder while preparing the banana mixture. Jaggery is sweet so adding less or more is completely your choice.
This Banana paratha is a combination of ripe banana, coconut and flour. If we need then add water otherwise we cannot prepare the proper dough and rolling will be really a difficult job. My suggestion is Cooking the paratha using ghee will give a rich and authentic taste.
We can prepare this Banana paratha for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It works great for lunch boxes too. Kids will love this paratha so easily we can pack it into their boxes. Banana paratha is served with curd or pickle or extra some ghee. All the combinations will hit directly to our taste buds. Plain banana paratha also has a good aroma and good taste.

Jackfruit Payasam is very famous, but this recipe is without coconut milk. It is a delicious and traditional recipe too. The flavor of jackfruit is very tasty and gives ‘ware wah’ taste to the taste buds. Jackfruit payasam is very famous in Kerala; they are called chakka pradhaman.
I have loved jackfruit since my childhood. In our farm so many jackfruit trees are grown. My family members cut it, remove the flesh and separate the seeds from it. We will eat as it is, make dosa, kadubu, gensale and recipes will go on. My mother made this recipe beautifully, of course I learned this recipe from my mother. In every season of jackfruit this is a must. My father enjoys likes type of payasam very much.
This recipe is called chainguli in our language or in my region. Most of the people are not aware about this recipe from the jackfruit. Everyone adds cow milk or coconut milk to the payasam but this recipe does not need any kind of milk. This recipe doesn't take much time, and it is one of the super cool recipes from the jackfruit.
It is a sweet recipe. This recipe does not need many ingredients. Payasam is made with jackfruit and jaggery. Jackfruit is naturally a sweet fruit so adjust the jaggery with your taste and sweetness of jackfruit. Cardamom powder is added for the flavor, you can skip these steps while you are making the payasam.
To the recipe the final touch is adding coconut oil, this is also a wonderful taste to the payasam. I don't know any other oil that gives this much taste to the payasam. Coconut oil gives flavor and enhances the taste of the payasam. While serving you can also add or add the oil immediately when you turn off the flame.
Serve this jackfruit payasam when it is hot, because when it becomes cold the coconut oil aroma becomes dull. So when it's hot with the aroma of coconut oil, cardamom powder and jackfruit, the combination of these three will definitely hit your taste buds. If you are a jackfruit lover, then try this recipe.
