I love comedy and comedians and reading about comics and their life and experiences. Comedians in cars getting coffee by Jerry Seinfeld is one of my favorite books on comedy and comedians. I found this book to be funny, warm, entertaining, and informative. The book consists almost entirely of dialogue taken from episodes of comedians in cars arranged around different topics which make up the chapters in the book. I think there are over 80 episodes of the show and the book tries to take the best parts from the shows and weave them together into a very readable and enjoyable book. If you like, comedy, I actually have a comedy playlist on my channel. The videos on my comedy playlist consist of comedy videos I have made and videos from other youtube creators that I enjoyed and who have not received a lot of views or as many as I think they deserve. This video is about physical items moving and falling in an odd ghostly paranormal way. I am posting eight videos of paranormal and ghost stories and odd stuff that happened to me over the years of my life. Nearly everything odd that has happened to me has eventually had a reasonable explanation for its occurrence. However not all of them. In this series of videos, I would encourage people not to be dismissive of things they don't have an explanation for and at the same time not jump to conclusions and assume unnatural reasons for odd situations. I doubt if many of my subscribers are interested in this type of video and I hope they will be patient with me. My channel is not going to turn into a paranormal strange thing type of channel, and not that there's anything wrong with that. I don't have that many of the stories anyway. I am only doing videos about things that I experienced personally and don't have that many more ghosts or paranormal stories. Another reason I wanted to post these videos is that I'm not getting any younger. If I don't start telling stories that are in me that nobody knows there will be a day when nobody will know because I'm gone. I hope people don't get the impression that these types of things are happening to me all the time. Except for the noises, I hear sometimes overhead most of these things were one-time occurrences over a lifetime. I also mentioned in one video how I had an unpleasant experience while beginning to learn meditation. Meditation has been used for centuries by millions of people and many people I respect both practices and talk highly of meditation. I debated whether I should mention the incident that occurred. It makes me look bad. Obviously, there is something wrong with me if millions of people don't have any problem at all meditating. I may try meditation again in the future and in the meantime am very happy doing affirmations and positive visualization and other things I haven't talked about. The subject of ghost stories and paranormal experiences is very fascinating to many people but I'm primarily interested in finding out what's happening and am less interested in the entertainment value part of it. Currently, there are eight videos in the series. Unless I begin interviewing people or there is a lot of demand for this type of video from my viewers I doubt if I will make many more on the subject. The easiest video to make is a slide show. I wanted to show how easy and quick it is to make a slide show with Windows Live Movie Maker. I picked a letter at random, entered the letter into a Google search and picked a word from the Google search result and then used that word to search all creative Commons photos, video and music to make my slide show from. The longest part was choosing what content to use, the actual video takes only a few moments to make. I picked the letter K which gave me the word kayak ( and K mart) in the Google search and I used kayak to find all my photos in Creative Commons and used Creative Commons music from Vimeo music store. This is the finished result. It is very quick and easy to use WLMM. I will be uploading a longer video showing how I assembled the video with Windows Live Movie maker and link to this video. I was watching Brad over at his BC Truck YouTube channel and he has been making and using little tea light stoves and experimenting with cooking with them. it looked like fun. I did not want to duplicate what he was doing, so ordered a tiny pressure cooker on amazon that I had always wanted to use in camping or out on a boat. It is the perfect size for a single person. I decided to see it I could cook with it using tea lights and a simple DIY stove. Since I am lazy, I just used three bricks and some cardboard for the stove. I used 8 tea lights and the 2 cups of water was heard boiling in the pot at around 50 minutes and steam was sputtering out of the sealed pressure stem with the weight on it a few moments later. I think if I raised the candles the pot would have boiled sooner. The results were slow compared to a regular stove. You would not want to cook vegetables slow as you lose the vitamins, but using this method would be fine for rice and other grains or making soup stock from bones or sterilizing water or many other applications. For example, it should be simple to adjust the heat to make yogurt over night with a single but longer burning candle. I make rice in my large pressure cooker quite often and it is super fast, I turn off the heat as soon as the stem starts sputtering on top which usually takes only a minute or two. I then open the pot later in the day and have perfect rice and veggies. I will see if I can speed up the boiling with the tea lights by adjusting the height in another video. In an added note, I have decided to start giving a shout out in my weekly videos to a channel that I like to watch but do not feature, one that has not many views but is doing a great job and deserves a lot more viewers.
