I personally have used this successfully in a situation with 3 police officers at a shopping centre.
They do not need to see your medical exemption under the federal privacy act 1988. I would, if coerced with violence, state that I have the highest most qualified health care provider in Jehovah God. Therefore my exemption is on the grounds on both medical and religious beliefs, which could also be argued under the Human Rights Act if necessary.
However in my experience the less said the better, do not throw your pearls to the swine
