So, a rant about MyHermes and a recent problem I had them which is currently two weeks long, and I cannot do anything because MyHerpes refuses to do anything to help. I had a parcel collected on Monday 12th, then tracking showed that it was on it's way BACK to me on Wednesday 14th. For whatever reason, they didn't even bother to ATTEMPT a delivery before deciding to send it back to me. So now, the buyer doesn't have his items, i don't have my items and I lost the money when I issued a refund. They've either LOST OR STOLEN my items because many of these MyHerpes drivers are no doubt crooked. I can't do anything to seek compensation or reimbursement for my lost items, because they don't answer their phone nor do they answer their Tweets (the main subject of this video). Oh, and there's also some random BS near the end of the video. Enjoy! Remember: NEVER use MyHermes again!
