- Based on fundamentally false usool that whatever the Sahabi didnt do, we shouldnt do is completely false, even what the Prophet SAW did not do we should not do - because not doing is nothing, noting can be evidence for anything , its a fundamental logical flaw.
- All you can conclude by necessity of reason and overwhelming narrations if the Prophet left something it can not be an obligation, even could be desirable and he left it deliberately to show its not obligatory
- Eg Birthday, Prophet didnt celebrate his birthday, all you can say to that, its not obligatory, in fact he fasted Monday because that is the day he was born, hinting its a nice day worthy of celebrating by fasting.
- Discussion of Tarawih, Prophet SAW not praying in Jamaat deliberately one day

○ Tarawih concerned it wouldnt be come an obligation
○ Example of not making wudu for each salat, deliberately didnt do it one time to show its not obligatory to make wudu for each salat
