Just had an idea for a crowd-funded Threadripper build. I have no customers ordering these and a lot of viewers want to see it. With donations of $100 from 40 people, we can make this build happen. The computer will become a part of the production studio and will be seen in the background of many future videos, though it's primary purpose is to be over-the-top for getting as many views possible. This will be a quick build and the video will be made LIVE within 2 weeks after funding is met. No contest or give-aways because of laws restricting winners within USA only, taxes on receiving an item of this value would cost the 'winner' $1000, plus the cost of shipping and potential for damage living the 'winner' with a potentially broken PC and a tax bill. Also, it is illegal for people under 18 and/or living within certain parts of the USA to win anything of this value. Far too complicated to try to give it away with potentially imploding the channel with fees and potential YouTube violations that could shut the channel down.
