In its conclusion it says:
"new mechanism not explainable by classical processes. Phenomena like Bose-Einstein condensation, macroscopic quantum coherence, Josephson effects, the origin of the reactive energy, the negative differential resistance, the flash memory, the stimulation of oscillations"
ERRATA NOTE: Thanks to the eagle eyes of 'Musical Hemispheres', the first 'black line' though the fist plasmoid to hit the bottom of the tank is most likely the shadow of the coils above.
However, the angle is offset on the ball and in both cases it is locked to the metal regardless of where it is in the cavity.
It does not change the conclusions across the Ni:Cr 80:20 ribbon and W wire in relationship with ball lightning testimonies (water and separately sand coming from natural ball lightning), John Hutchison (1979) / Takaaki Matsumoto (1991) removing spheres of metal cold from inside samples etc. Magnetic and self organisation. The persistent glowing of the areas that were in the double layer zone etc. etc.
The main thing is that coherent matter structures can be made at any temperature this is specifically said in the awarded Lockheed Martin patent and they can, if done right, this and other VEGA videos have shown they can envelop a range of forms, though Spheres and Tori are ideal and they tend to that or clusters/nested clusters thereof.

"The plasma globe was either unconnected (lit by the coil underneath), or in series with the coil in these clips. A solenoid and 2-tor are compared at the end. With a normal camera/naked eye, the plasma is just barely lit when it's only the tor energising it, but looks fully lit in full-spectrum."
There is some rolling shutter problems and Phil is going to try and address this by changing exposure parameters.
