The word "muhammad" is first attested to on coins from the 7th century. What are those coins and what can we deduce from them?
We have already seen how the word "muhammad" is used as a title for Jesus in the Dome of the Rock inscription. The coins seem to support this interpretation. Leading to the conclusion that there was no prophet named Muhammad in the 7th century. Nobody, not even his supposed followers seem to find it necessary to mention him. Instead, they talk about Jesus.

This is the first re-recording of the presentation I did on Pfander Films. I've decided to go down that route because we've had some audio troubles and I wanted to have a proper version of my presentation out there. If you want to hear Dr. Jay Smith's input, you'll have to go there as I'm going solo in these re-recordings.
In this first episode, I'm looking at the beginnings of critical Quran studies, why it started and who some of the important figures are, for example Ignaz Goldziher, Günter Lüling and Christoph Luxenberg.

In this episode, I'm looking at Christoph Luxenberg's work who has opened the door to a whole new approach at analysing the Koran. Luxenberg found many Aramaic words and phrases which allowed him to make the previously obscure passages of the Koran accessible. The result was surprising. At it's core, the Koran turns out to be the book of anti-Trinitarian Christians.

The story of the Islamisation of Spain has been misunderstood for a long time. The so called Muslim invasion was neither Muslim, nor was is an invasion. It started out as a Visigoth civil war where Berber and Arab troops were brought in. Only later did the auxiliaries turn conquerors.

In this video, we will go over A.J. Deus' argument regarding the shape of the Dome of the Rock's drum. He claims that medieval depictions prove that the Dome of the Rock used to have an octagonal shape.
However, when going through the evidence, it becomes clear that there is no reason to doubt that the Dome of the Rock was always round like it is today.
