In this video I want to share my top 5 cryptocurrency picks for 2018. This is from the article I wrote on Medium at https://medium.com/@stevenaitchison/my-top-5-cryptocurrency-picks-for-2018-fb43ccd3e364 I believe going into 2018 we’re going to see an even bigger upsurge in interest in cryptocurrencies and that’s where the shit hits the fan. You think the current market cap of all crypto’s at 568,000,000,000 is huge, wait until this time next year; we’re going to be well into over 1 Trillion dollars, probably nearing 2 Trillion dollars market cap for all Cryptocurrencies. What does this mean? It means that there is going to be major FOMO in crypto in 2018. As more and more people learn about it. What’s stopping a lot of people just now is they don’t really know how to get into it. Just now you have to buy from somewhere like Coinbase which charges a comparatively huge fee and prices are higher than on other exchanges. However in 2018 this is going to change and Coinbase will be replaced with other means of buying cryptocurrencies; much easier ways, less complicated, less time consuming, less annoying, and much cheaper. I’ll mention one of these companies in my top 5 picks. Sufficed to say that buying cryptocurrency is going to be a hell of a lot easier in 2018, and when that happens, the crypto world is going to explode. I’ve been investing in crypto seriously since June 2017, but actually bought my first 3 Bitcoins for $1200 in 2014, only to sell them later for $1800 (what a crazy move that was). Ever since then I have been passionate about crypto for a few reasons: Making money being the first, but the ethos behind it as well, the decentralisation of power when it comes to currency. We’ve been screwed for so long by the governments we got used to being sheep, now the tide is turning and crypto is a way to take back control.
