I know most of us are always aiming for awesome healthy stuff, but there can seem like so many things to focus on or get done and it can seem overwhelming. I thought it would be so fun to just get together and do a week of very basic healthy habits that when these are in place, I feel like everything is GOOD, almost regardless of how everything else is going, because I feel RESOURCED.
