材料:
370g 蒸熟后的番薯
60g 糖
185g 木薯粉
全程用小火炸,一开始不要急着去压它,等到漏气声出现才开始压,大概炸6分钟至金黄色
比例换算:
番薯:糖:木薯粉
6:1:3
(蒸熟后番薯的量)除6乘3=木薯粉的用量
(蒸熟后番薯的量)除6乘1=糖的用量
