The usual applies, if I received satisfaction with Customer Service this video would not have been published. But as with the Black Diamond Bombshelter problems they didn't deliver either so I posted my grievances and frustrations in my video there too for others to take heed. I have contacted Nemo and they have clearly stated my tent has no warranty which I knew anyway due to the place I purchased it although it was new. After only seeking help in fixing the problem I ended up receiving an email offering me a discount on a new tent. This I couldn't believe after what I have spent on this.
