CP Class 2240 EMU #2254 at Lisbon's Santa Apolónia Railway Station CP Comboios de Portugal 2023
The CP 2240-class is a type of electric multiple unit operated by the national train operator Comboios de Portugal. Each unit is made up of three cars, with the end cars being driving trailers and the middle car being a power car that houses the traction motors. These units were assembled between 2003 and 2005 by Alstom, by reusing the old body shells from 2100, 2150 and 2200-class EMUs in order to cut costs and avoid completely scrapping older rolling stock. The bogies were newly constructed with Alstom traction motors and are built to the 1668mm Iberian gauge. They have the ability to be coupled in multiple configurations of up to 3 units, resulting in a total of 9 passenger cars.

I visited Zadar railway station in Croatia in 2023 to check out some Croatian trains Hrvatske željeznice (HŽ). However what I found at the railway station really surprised me. Check out what I saw, and learn about Europe's first aluminium train, the aluminium multiple diesel electric motor unit Series 611 manufactured by Zagreb Railway Work.

In this video you'll see some of the amazing Soviet built hydrofoils in service in 2022 between Saranda in Albania and Corfu in Greece.
These boats were originally built at Poti Shipyard in Georgia around 1981, originally going to Greece. They are now registered in Durrës, Albania and operate a regular service between Sarandë and Corfu.
I had the pleasure of travelling in С-711 "Santa" in October 2022 and in this video you'll see some of these boats travelling at speed, plus some interior footage of Santa.
