This loop is designed to help learn the orientation of the E String. To start the exercise, place all 4 fretting fingers on frets 1,2,3, and 4. With the pinky being the sounded note, slide all four fingers to the 12th frets, then the 22nd and back down. Happy practicing!
This loop challenges you to play the same fret with each finger. This works great for developing finger independence. Enjoy!

worksheet (TAB): https://www.patreon.com/posts/46366741 This loop is an even more fleshed out version of the famous "Spider Walk" guitar practice exercise with the addition of dotted rhythms. To start the exercise, place the four fretting fingers on frets 5,6,7, and 8 of the 6th (low E) string. From here, move each finger one at a time to the new string. An example is placed at the beginning of the video. Check out the last two videos to practice easier versions. Happy practicing!

This loop is designed to isolate the 4 micro-movements necessary to achieve the perfect note . Treat each movement like a set note in time even though the only sounded note will be the first attack. Use the Mute, Release, and Reset steps to suppress any unwanted string noise in between notes. The first and third beat perform the task in straight 16th notes whereas the second and fourth beat change to a dotted 16th/32nd rhythm. Happy practicing!
