I get the strangest looks when I make these stop-motion animated videos. The sound fx aren’t perfect because these short quickies are really only practice or kinda like little thumbnail or sketches of animation that I mainly edit on my phone. Amazing that you can actually do this kind of thing on a phone.
I hope you enjoyed my weirdo stop motion animation. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thank you for your eyeballs. Duane :)

Some kind of Killer Robot WIP made from recycled junk. Here I'm giving it a base coat with spray-cans before I paint the details, damage and weathering.
Thanks for your eyeballs, Duane :D

Exploding Head FX test. Brushing up on FX compositing, not perfect but it'll do. Just a little exercise in motion tracking and compositing with my good friend Phil.
Thanks for your exploding eyeballs, Duane :D

My first 3D compositing test with actor footage using After Effects and Element 3D.
This is Henry, a Repo-Cyborg who works for Cyber Cyber Parts Ltd. Behind him are his thugs, 2 PMEUs, Pentagrammic Magnetic Extraction Units. If needed they will forcefully repossess any unpaid cybernetic parts by magnetic extraction, ripping them from flesh and bone if need be.

Remember when you were a kid and you first watched Star Wars - The Empire Strikes Back. The following winter I'm sure most of you played with your Star Wars or other action figures in the snow like you were battling it out Empire or Rebel on the planet Hoth. If you had snow where you lived I suppose.
A little Snowspeeder/Hovercraft animation I made on the spur of the moment. In Victoria, BC where I live it typically only snows once per year and then melts away usually within a week. On one of the last days of the almost melted snow, I on the spur of the moment decided to shoot a short test animation with one of my sci-fi hovercrafts model I made. However I had only 40 minutes left before sunset and didn’t finish it till about 30 minutes after sunset. Although some of the footage was quite dark I fixed everything in post-production with exposure to a satisfactory result. I with I was able to pick up a few more additional shots but all the snow melted away the following day. I decided to loop the sequence 3 times to extend the loop a bit.
Thanks for watching my short test animation and hope you enjoy, Duane :D

Havoc Gladiator And Mech Operator animation cel.
An animation project I started several years ago but never finished that would have combined traditional animation with rotoscoping.

Some kinda bounty hunter’s starcraft departure on some treacherous pursuit
I couldn't wait till my Old Spice pit-stick was empty so I could make this fun little low budget spacecraft. I believe when I got down to the last centimeter I over-used it covering most of my stinky bachelor bod to expedite my crafty project.
Thank you for your eyeballs, Duane :D

Mishaps and Mini Stopmotion Pixilations.
I don’t always post all my pixilations and short videos. Sometimes I’ll try a quick pixilation as an exercise or warm up. Sometimes they just don’t work out and I don’t want to show them. They can still be some silly fun though. Here’s a handful quick ones.
Thanks @visceralsuspicion <3 for giving me a hand on these.
Thanks for watching my short videos and hope you enjoy!

A quick test animation in a retro vintage cartoon style based on a vintage 80s video game I use to play.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. On this little animation test. Thank you for your eyeball. Duane :)
