娘家媽媽的拿手料理,常常做來當早餐,可以媲美鼎泰豐生煎包了!
麵團:
中筋麵粉450克
酵母31茶匙
糖10克 (選項)
鹽半茶匙
油 10毫升
泡打粉半茶匙
dough:
All-purpose flour 450g
yeast 1tsp
sugar 10g
salt 1/2tsp
oil 10ml
baking powder 1/2tsp
餡料:
高麗菜、冬粉、香菜、香菇、素蠔油、醬油、鹽、胡椒粉、糖
Filling:
cabbage, winter noodles, coriander, mushroom, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar
麵粉水:
280g 水,17g玉米粉
flour water:
280g water, 20g corn flour
麵粉稅放下去後蓋上蓋子大約燜9分鐘左右,直到水份收乾。總共做了24顆。
After the flour water is put down. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 9 minutes until the water is dried up. A total of 24 were made.
