Police Chief: Unable To Articulate
Newfields Chief called and said he doesn't want to be recorded and then the nice lady hung up on me. The Chief either refused or is unable to articulate how to enforce the town ordinance and he is claiming that the Skylar Bennett decision, where he was found NOT GUILTY, is where we can decipher the town ordinance.
The Chief prefers the vagueness so they can entrap us.
I mean, if the law isn't clear on it's face, and the chief is unable to articulate it... does it even exist?

For context, the real reason they dropped the breach of bail was because IF it HAD gone to trial, we would have argued the facts of the NH9 imcident, which would have been EXTREMELY beneficial for everyone's defense. Never mind the fact that the charge was genuinely unwarranted and they may very well have lost, I don't think that was their montivation, as previously stated.
