only thing I'm not so happy with about this video is the shaky 3d footage (basically the motion track)
if anyone knows how to make a nicer motion track, please tell me.
however, I was thinking (and didn't try yet...) to perhaps stabilize the footage from the camera BEFORE putting it into boujou, then when I track the footage maybe it would be nicer?

What I did (HOW-TO IN DESCRIPTION):
I used Adobe After Effects CS6
& Placed the video (bottom layer)
Adjustment Layer (above video layer) with:
Remove Grain
Noise 5% (add some grain back to add a sense of detail otherwise it looks smudgy)
Levels (individual R,G,B adjustments)
Hue/Saturation (adjust individual colors to liking)
Black solid (above adjustment layer): w/ Video Copilot Optical Flares (real sun preset)
2.35.1 cinemascope overlay (above optical flares layer)(from google images)
then copy & pasted the comp so I can solo ONLY the video (to show how it looks unedited)
then selected (unedited) comp 1st, then (edited) comp 2nd
and dragged my selection to new comp button & clicked sequence layers
-now unedited clip is played 1st & edited clip is played 2nd in a sequence
then I saved my project
& opened adobe premiere
and double clicked on the footage area & imported my after effects project
(you can choose what comps to import from there)
then I imported the unedited vs edited comp (the one where it shows both clips)
lastly I clicked the new item button in premiere (in the footage window)
& clicked NEW TITLE and made a nice title for (before) & (after)
& a "black video" (basically a black solid layer) for the background
(to have a nice background for my text)
dragged duration of black to 3 seconds (instead of 5) (by pressing O key for out/endpoint)
& pressed the Insert key (,) (the button in the clip preview window) to insert the clip
then I dragged my text titles over the black video clips
(& dragged the end point to where it was on the black video)
& then I found where the 2 clips were separated in after effects (the last frame of unedited)
& I cut that frame (to separate it)
then I inserted the other black video & the (AFTER) title & dragged the out to match the black clip
for real lastly: then I rendered the video as
H.264
1080p
29.97 fps
17mbps target
20mbps max
