Since moving my homestead to a different latitude, I have noticed minor differences here and there, until I tried using my old homemade solar oven! The lesson in this 'failure'? May need to rethink this one completely. Things seem to take 3 times longer when you're living between four different tiny structures! Oooof.
I have things dialed in as tight as they can be under the circumstances. Hopefully that will be changing soon though ;) Stay tuned!
Take care and God Bless. See you in the next one...
My first time using closed cell spray foam was almost a complete disaster! Luckily, I got the hang of it once I wasn't crouching in the loft, lol. It was a bit intimidating to continually spray without stopping longer than 30 seconds, per the instructions. The main take away for me was to have a *complete* path cleared for both myself AND the equipment for the **entire** duration. Hopefully I will be able to move on to the wall boards soon! God willing. :folded_hands:

While the panning left and right need some work, I feel like my Potensic Dreamer Pro drone skills on the homestead are coming along!
Hopefully nobody is prone to motion sickness. ;)
And now that I figured out where the micro SD card was hiding I replaced the original with a 128 GB card, which is the max. There's no stopping us now!

As delays on the homestead continue, I try to prepare for the worst but hope for the best as winter approaches. I moved my converted cargo trailer to the now office/bedroom/storage area to make it more convenient during meal time, and have the every-day items together in one place. It has been a huge improvement in the time spent at each meal. As much as I would like to be moved into the cabin before the freezing temps hit, I have to face the reality that it may not happen. Moving the trailer was a move to alleviate some of the stress and time lost with every day chores, and to make it a tiny bit more pleasant living under these conditions. Rediscovering small items, such as a simple wine bottle topper, provide joy after a long day. :)

We are all extremely busy these days, no matter the size of the homestead. I have found this quick and easy gluten-free bread mix from Simple Mills (link below) a great starting point for making a weekly breakfast loaf, with *endless possibilities*. I usually add dried apricots and pecans, and it's great toasted. :)
What's your favorite breakfast food? **Comment below**.

Recently, I read that homesteaders often have 9 unfinished projects at any given time...well, it's true! And I'm glad I'm not alone in that, LOL.
I feel the main reason for this is due to the little surprises that pop up over night, such as the heat wrap failing on my pipes beneath the cabin in sub-zero temps. In today's *Raw and Unedited Episode 13*, I show my solution (building a foam hot-box) to fix the latest 'surprise' on the homestead. ;)

Whether you're living in an RV waiting to build your tiny home/cabin, or living off-grid, these few hacks could make life a tiny bit easier. ;)

The first time I heard the igniter clicking I thought I was dreaming...but it was real. Check out my new Camplux tankless water heater and new shower on the homestead! It was well worth the year-long wait. :) I feel so fancy now! And no more waiting for the water to drain from the plastic tote or fighting with the shower curtains.

Winding down with the cargo trailer build. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! I feel as though I am ready to begin with a sink and commode set-up next...hmmm. Perhaps some shelving in the near future? Stick around to find out!
Take care, see you in the next one...
