Why are the Spalding County Tax Department's employees so special they get the closest spaces to the front door (other than Handicapp) reserved for them, instead of open for taxpayers to park? If this was the location of a fir profit business, the closest spaces would be reserved for the customers. But with government, this is not the case. Having a reserved parking space is a status symbol and the closer to the entrance the more of a big shot you are.
