The world may seem real to us but it is an illusion because there is no outside. Being is what is real, it exists permanently and you are that. In our existence, although everything is one from above, from below we can differentiate 3 primordial forces while living as human beings on Earth. The highest is the force of the heavens or yang (masculine) energy, in the middle is the force of humans and below is the force of the Earth or yin (feminine) energy. If you believe that you live in a chaotic world you can begin to transmute the chaos within you and then transmute it to the outside and thus eliminate the global chaos. Chaos can come from an imbalance of yin and yang. Too much yin and too little yang can make us weak while too much yang and too little yin can make us aggressive, anxious and stressed. That is why it is advisable to have a stable balance of these two forces yin and yang. With a balance of yin and yang we can be powerful and loving at the same time. You can receive abundant Love, Peace, Happiness and gratitude to the Source, god or the heavenly realms that is always giving abundance. As a tip you can also go to nature to cleanse yourself of blocking and negative energies. When you fill yourself with abundant Love, Peace, Happiness and gratitude you can generate and give a ball of light to the entire planet with these attributes. But before we can do this we must first be sure that we are balanced internally, as the outside is a reflection of our inner self. So if you are in the process of healing focus on yourself first and fill yourself with energy from the celestial realms from your head and anchor yourself to Earth from your feet. 13 When you receive a lot of healing from the yang heavenly realms and a lot of love from the yin Earth, you can give this energy to your whole environment and you will see that the inner/outer chaos will be removed little by little. You can create the following affirmation by creating a halo and around your body a ball of light with the following attributes: I receive Love, Peace, Happiness and Gratitude in my being, I feel fantastic and happy to be alive and I send my energy so that everyone feels wonderful. Si existes, solo por el mero hecho de serlo entonces eres valioso. Eres incondicionalmente amado por la creación, aunque no lo creas. Dentro de ti existe el indestructible ser que eres. No hay un afuera, todo ocurre en tu interior. La realidad física que vemos es un reflejo de nuestro interior. Si queremos cambiar lo de afuera primero hay que cambiar nuestro interior. De nada sirve luchar con agresividad afuera porque al hacerlo creas esa lucha desde tu interior al exterior y te puede quitar la paz interior. Si queremos paz en el mundo, primero hay que crear paz en tu interior. Fuiste creado desde el ecstasis y no solo tienes un camino a seguir, existen infinitos caminos a elegir y hemos venido a esta existencia para aprender a caminar en el gran camino, el camino que nos conducirá a la fuente de toda la existencia. Siente el ectasis que puedes sentir en el ahora y disuelve el miedo y toda la negatividad. Caminando por ese camino lo podemos hacer alegremente y sin tener que sufrir o hacerlo de una forma complicada. El universo siempre nos está dando abundancia de todas las formas posibles ya que todos vivimos en el gran ahora. Pasado y futuro son dos ilusiones. Solo el ahora o el presente importa y lo que de verdad es real. Siempre tienes la libertad de elegir el camino que quieres para ti. Mientras nuestro ser inferior está en la realidad fisica, nuestro ser superior o nuestra inteligencia superior está arriba guiandonos siempre mediante nuestra intuición. Siente siempre la conexión que existe entre tu vida terrenal o mundana y nuestra vida espiritual. Las dos partes forman uno solo. Tan solo siente la felicidad y el ectasis en el momento presente que tu ser superior te irradia complemente y actua en lo que te apasione continuamente y siente esa pasión que te inunda al actuar de tal manera.

Enjoy the winters in the snow gathering with your friends. A good day skiing in the morning can follow going to the swimming pool in the afternoon. Pero Los beneficios de la respiración consciente y profunda puede abrirnos nuevos canales neurológicos, reducir la inflamación y prevenir enfermedades. También si aprendemos a respirar muchas veces y profundamente puede alcanzar la dicha. En el los textos de los vedas de la India, la palabra en sanscrito satchiananda significa sat como verdad, chi como consciencia y ananda como dicha. Los vedas sabian que estamos rodeado de un mar de energias y también escribieron sobre la importancia de respirar bien, asimilando la verdad, la conciencia y en la dicha. Respirando profundamente muchas veces y exponerte gradualmente al frio te puede ayudar a alcanzar el bienestar y la dicha. Son metodos sencillos que funcionan pero desafortunamente muchos aunque lo han escuchado no lo practican y caen en la depresión, la enfermedad, el estres y la ansiedad. El estres es un asesino silencioso y desde pequeños se nos educaba que si teniamos estres respirasemos profundamente. Pero son pocos debido al condicionamiento que lo hacen en el dia a dia. Por eso te animo que respires profundamente y conscientemente. Y si quieres adentrarte mas aún en tu fisiología prueba en ducharte 15 a 30 segundos con una ducha fria despues de una ducha caliente. El mas alto es la fuerza de los cielos o energía yang (masculina), por la mitad esta la fuerza de los humanos y mas abajo la fuerza de la Tierra o la energía yin (femenina). Si crees que vives en un mundo caótico puedes empezar a transmutar el caos de tu interior para luego transmutarlo en lo exterior y asi eliminar el caos global. El caos puede venirnos de un desequilibrio del yin y yang. Mucho yin y poco yang no puede hacer debiles mientras que mucho yang y poco yin agresivos, ansiosos y estresados. Por eso se aconseja tener un equilibrio estable de estas dos fuerzas yin y yang. Con un equilibrio de yin y yang podemos ser poderosos y amorosos al mismo tiempo. Puedes recibir abundante Amor, Paz, Felicidad y gratitud a la Fuente, dios o a los reinos celestiales que siempre esta dando abundancia. Como consejo también puedes ir a la naturaleza para limpiarte de energías bloqueantes y negativas. Cuando te llenes de abundante Amor, Paz, Felicidad y gratitud puedes generar y dar una bola de luz con estos atributos cubriendo todo el planeta entero. Pero antes de hacer esto primero tenemos que estar seguros que estamos equilibrados interiormente, ya que el exterior es un reflejo de nuestro interior.
