This was taken from JustinformedTalk, and boiled down to about nine minutes. The theory that the Michael Cohen Paul Mannafort convictions are an elaborate scheme to trap the democrats at their own game, comes from an 8-Chan user named PhdAnon.

“Occupy Peace” anti-war movement kicks off in Kingston
A small rally in uptown Kingston marked the launch of a national movement, which organizers hope will transform American politics and stop World War III.
“Occupy Peace,” the brainchild of Trends Institute founder Gerald Celente, featured Ralph Nader, who delivered an hour-long foreign policy speech, plus other appearances by Cindy Sheehan, Gary Null, and Robert Thurman.
About three hundred people attended. Documentarians videotaped the event, for future online distribution, to help mobilize smaller statewide organizations, under the umbrella OCCUPYPEACE.US .
“We are gathered here to initiate a new burst of energy, to wage peace, and resist criminal wars of aggression” Nader observed. He said the use of brute force as an instrument of foreign policy, “affects our country in a very devastating manner.”
Nader noted that nowadays presidents declare wars, despite the constitutional separation of powers. “The Founding Fathers wanted a deliberative process, in Congress,” he said. “Congress has surrendered its authority, and given it carte blanche.”
Administrative death panels are held weekly in Washington, Nader indicated “President Obama gathers his security advisors in the White House, and they decide who’s going to live and who’s going to die, in Yemen or Somalia, or Iraq or Afghanistan or Pakistan, you name it -- drones,” he said
“President Obama gives the thumbs up, or thumbs down. Woo authorized him to do that? Where is the imminent peril requirement? And what happens when they expand it, and it is not stopped?” Nader spoke at length about blowback, the increase in enemy resistance to such acts.
“Apart from the brutal homicide that’s involved here, apart from the criminality, do you think that’s a smart move, from our own national security,” Nader asked. “Look at the cost. All empires eventually devour themselves,” he said.
Celente laid out his four-point program for attaining peace, starting with bringing the troops home, then putting them to work rebuilding America’s crumbling infrastructure. Demand the Constitution be followed by the three branches, and finally create statewide referendums for war, since Congress abdicated their power following WWII.
“We will vote whether or not to go to war.” Celente declared. “It’s not like they have to get on a horse and go to Washington. If we can bank online then we can vote online,” he said. “We’re all in this together, history is being made, and you’re all making it.”

Kingston’s new mayor Steve Noble sworn, promises more inclusion
City Hall was filled to capacity Friday, as well-wishers flocked to greet incoming mayor Steve Noble, who took the oath of office on the first day of the year.
“I am not what some of you would think of when you picture what a mayor of Kingston should look like,” Noble said. “I’m young, and I don’t have a background in politics. But I believe, and it seems so do you, that it is time for a change,” he said.
“I have no intention of making empty promises, the issues we’ll be facing will not be solved overnight,” Noble told the crowd. “Like all other mayors before me, I will inherit the issues, problems, projects, that I did not previously manage,” he noted.
“It will take time, strategy, perseverance and patience to be successful,” Noble added, He promised to work in partnership with the city council to move the city forward.
“I will communicate openly, intelligently and respectfully with all residents, businesses, media and stakeholders. I will make decisions based on facts and reason, listening to all parties, and weighing all options, he said.
“This is your City Hall. This is your Common Council. I am your mayor. Our job is to work together to make Kingston a safe, stable and thriving city, so let’s get to work,” Noble said to cheers from the audience.
Among the changes for the new administration are reevaluations for important departments, starting with the office of economic development, which will be split between two managers, one for business services and the other for grants. A new confidential secretary opening for the mayor’s office will be interviewing next week.
Noble has a tough road ahead for 2016. The mayor’s office has been stripped bare, with all files removed except for office furniture. The new administration will be starting from scratch with no records to refer to. There was no transition between Noble’s team and outgoing mayor Shayne Gallo, who lost a bitter primary to one of his subordinates.
Roughly $500,000 must be set aside for next contract negotiations, and it’s unclear where that money will come from without raising taxes. Finally, Gallo left a ticking time bomb in the form of a lawsuit filed on his last day in office, regarding the ongoing Pike Plan scandal. The case potentially pits the new administration against some of its own strongest supporters.
