Day 15 Fast! Replan, Self Mastery, & Diet For Full Breatharian Sun Saiyun PT. 1
Still not hungry, but my plan had a few errors. Rushing into this was amazing because I see what the Prana breathing sustains, the sungazing and exercise is perfect, but I'm not enough to hold enough. Fortunately I reset my cellular structure, to become powerful, now I need to take a step back to the guy with the one bowl of food right before the water.
Therefore within 1-2 months by late November December I will be big enough with a small jam packed protein diet, hopefully I can eat 2 meals a day full of protein. And when I fast to get rid of all fat with muscle retained, it will be a fully self sustaining super power. Check out my new total raw strict diet, of no fried anything, raw colorful farm organics, special filtered water.
1.This will build my muscles like the prana breathing while grounded.
2. Sungazing building energy
3. Heavy protein if I can stand to eat at all.
4. Exercise while breathing reps.
5. Combine this together you see where I'm going with it.
When I fast again I'll be significantly larger, with it all combined, the fat will strip again, but with larger Qi mongering muscles that hold more than what I can hold now... so that the muscles and healthier electric hair antennas will give a goku result. The first thing I consumed was farm fresh hand pressed organic cider sent me through the roof, I had triple the energy, see where I'm going with this?
