Ingredients:
Standard Oatmeal Porridge:
1/2 cup (74g) - Quick Cook Oats
1/4 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
Water (just enough to cover the oats)
1/4 - 1/2 cup (60g - 115g) - Almond Milk
Peaches N' Cream:
1 cup (215g) - Water
1/2 cup (74g) - Quick Cook Oats
1-2 dashes - Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
1/4 - 1/2 cup (60g - 115g) - Almond Milk
Trail Mix:
1 cup (215g) - Water
1/2 cup (74g) - Quick Cook Oats
Dried Apricots (to taste)
Dried Cranberries (to taste)
Sliced Almonds (to taste)
1/4 cup (24g) - Shredded Coconut
Maple Syrup (to taste)
1/4 - 1/2 cup (60g - 115g) - Almond Milk
Apple Pie:
1-2 Gala Apples (or your choice - peeled and cubed)
1/2 tbsp - Butter (vegan works perfectly)
1 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
1 cup - Water
1/2 cup (74g) - Quick Cook Oats
1 Gala Apple (or your choice - peeled and cubed)
1/4 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
Sweetener (to taste)
1/4 - 1/2 cup (60g - 115g) - Almond Milk

What's up EFNation!
It is a great day for a great soup! This week we're making pumpkin spice soup! It'll give you the warm fuzzies! Happy Eating!
You Will Need:
1 can - Pumpkin purée (398ml)
1 - Onion (medium)
1 Tbsp - Garlic (minced or 2 cloves)
2 Cups - Vegetable or Chicken broth
1 Cup - Coconut milk
2 Tbsp - Maple syrup
1/4 Tsp - Cinnamon, Black pepper and Nutmeg
1 Tsp - Salt (or to taste)
EFTips:
1. When frying the garlic and onions, remember to keep the temp. low.
2. After you purée the soup in a blender and return it to the heat, keep the heat low and allow the soup to simmer for about another 5-8min.

What is up EFNation! It is 2020, and I am back with a deliciously easy recipe!
Today, we are making vegan lemon poppy seed cake! If you love lemon, you are going to love the flavour of this cake. Plus the amazingly smooth black blackberry swirl buttercream! And it's all vegan! Happy eating!
You will need:
1 3/4 Cup - Almond Milk
1/3 Cup - Lemon Juice
2 Cups - All purpose Flour
1 Cup - White Sugar
1 1/2 tsp - baking powder
1/2 tsp - baking soda
1/2 tsp - salt
1 tsp - ground ginger
zest of 1 large lemon
1/4 cup - canola oil
1 tbsp - ground flax seed
3 tbsp - water
2 tbsp - poppy seeds
Buttercream Frosting:
5 tbsp - vegan butter
1 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
1 tsp - vanilla extract
blackberry sauce
