RECIPE
3 Oz Pork Rinds (Tortillas)
3 Eggs
2 1/2 Oz Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
12 Oz Ground Beef, Separated into 6 - 2 oz meatballs
6 Slices Trash Cheese
Salt
1) Add your pork rinds, eggs, and cheddar to a blender or food processor and blend on low until homogenous. Preheat and oven to 375°F
2) Line a tray with parchment paper and scoop out 6 equal portions of your tortilla dough. Press with another sheet of parchment paper until 1/4" thick. Place these into your oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
3) Place a pan over medium high heat and allow to heat up for a moment. Lay down one of your meatballs and season with a pinch of salt. Place a tortilla on top of this. Using a plate or a burger press, press down with even force to get the patty as flat as possible (PLEASE BE CAREFUL HERE. YOU ARE PRESSING MEAT, NOT ESCAPING FROM A SINKING VEHICLE). Once pressed, let cook for 2 minutes before flipping. Top with a slice of trash cheese and cook for an additional minute before serving.

::UNREASONABLE RECIPE::
12 oz ground pork rinds
24 large eggs
5 lbs 80/20 Ground beef
8 oz cheddar cheese
3 medium avocados
4 oz sour cream
16 slices trash (American) cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp chipotle powder
1/4 cup + 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1) In a food processor or blender, add all of your pork rinds and eggs. Blend together until a smooth batter has formed. Add 1/4 cup of water to smooth it out if yours is looking a little too thick.
2) In a very large pan or a griddle set over medium low heat, pour your batter out in a spiral and smooth out with a spoon or spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. To flip, grab your 2 biggest spatulas and give it a confident flip. Cook for about 30 seconds on this side. Remove and repeat until all of your batter has been used up.
3) In a bowl, add you salt, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder and combine.
4) Turn your pan or griddle up to medium high heat and add your ground beef. Using a water bottle or cup of water, begin to slowly add water while at the same time chopping your beef. Repeat this until your have a find crumble beef and is cooked ~90% through. Once there, turn off the heat and add your seasoning 1 tbsp at a time and continue mixing. Taste and keep adding seasoning as needed.
5) Add 16 slices of American cheese to a double boiler set over medium heat along with your milk, hot sauce, and chipotle powder. Whisk this together, adding milk as needed to thin it out.
6) Roll out a large piece of foil and lay your tortillas down. Next, add your ground beef. Then add 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese. Follow this up with 3 diced avocados. Now, add your sour cream. Finally, pour over half of your cheese sauce. To fold this, Pick up one side with two people, and gently drape over to the other side of the tortilla. Press firmly. Next, Wrap the foil over and then close off both ends and wrap firmly. Serves 16.

6 Eggs
2 Strips Bacon, Diced, Cooked Crispy
1 Stalk Green Onions, Sliced
1/4 Cup Romano Cheese
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1) Place about 1 inch of water to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium high and carefully add in your eggs one at time. As soon as the eggs are added, cover with a lid and set the timer for 10 minutes. During this 10 minutes, make an ice bath. Once the timer is done, place the eggs into the ice bath to shock them and to stop them from cooking. To peel, crack an egg on all sides and gently roll between your hand and work surface for a few seconds. The shell should come off with relative ease. Rinse the eggs in water and set aside.
2) Split the eggs in half and place the yolks into a mixing bowl. Once done, add your bacon, cheese, sour cream, and half of your green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and mash this until cohesive.
3) Using a spoon or a piping bag, add this mixture back into your egg white halves. Top with the rest of your green onions and shake on a little smoked paprika. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.

Beef Taquitos
4 Eggs
6 Oz Sharp Cheddar, shredded
2 Oz Pork Rinds
1 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Lard
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Onion Powder
1) To blender add the eggs, pork rinds, cream cheese, and 3 oz of cheddar. Blend until homogeneous.
2) Place a pan over medium heat along with lard and let that melt. Pour in ¼ cup of the tortilla batter and press (carefully) with a piece of parchment paper. Let this cook for about 1 minute with the parchment still on top. After the minute, remove the paper and flip. Cook this side for about 30 seconds and remove. Repeat until all of the batter has been used up.
3) Place another pan over medium high heat along with your ground beef and about ¾ cup of water or chicken stock. Using a spatula or potato masher, break this down into a fine grain ground beef. Add in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder. Mix this to incorporate. Turn the heat off and add the remainder of the cheddar and incorporate.
4) If there is excess grease, use a paper towel to soak it up.
5) Let this cool off at room temp for about 5 minutes before placing it into the fridge for an additional 10 minutes.
6) Once the beef is chilled slightly, place ¼ cup of it onto the tortillas and roll. Place this onto a parchment line baking sheet seam side down. Repeat until all of the mixture is used.
7) Place this into an oven at 375° for 19 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with sour cream and/or queso.

This is #3 iteration of Carnivore Pizza and I've gotta say that it's my best one yet. I did a little critical thinking on what the flaws were of the other ones, and I've figured out that moisture is the enemy. It's not perfect, but I'm on the right track! Chicken crust recipe
Crust
8 oz cooked ground chicken
4 oz mozzarella
1 oz ground pork rinds
1 egg
1) Add everything to your food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute until a dough has formed.
2) Cook on medium in a non-stick pan until well browned or about 5 minutes
Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup grated parmesan
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
1) Add your cream to a pan over medium heat. Let reduce by half or until big bubbles start to form ~3 minutes.
2) Turn the heat off and slowly stir in your parmesan cheese. This will help keep it from breaking
3) Season with salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
1) Add 3 large tbsp of your alfredo sauce to your crust. Spread evenly
2) Place down about ¼ cup of mozzarella around your pizza
3) Place down bunches of prosciutto randomly.
4) Put the pan under a high broiler for about 3 minutes to let the cheese brown and the prosciutto crisp up.
