Error in the Church: Dispensationalism
Dispensationalism is an error constructed by John Nelson Darby in the 1830s, promoted by the Scofield Study Bible and popularised by numerous erroneous books, sermons and films in the 20th and 21st centuries. It is based on misinterpretations on the books of Revelation, Daniel and the Olivet Discourse, and leads to fear, licentiousness, passivity and catastrophism.
