Today, he’s a husband, a father, a military vet from the US Air Force. I’m super excited to bring him on. I’m talking about my brother Lloyd Landero of the legendary Jedi Mindtricks family.

Commit to learning and gaining this dance skill.
How to use this popping training series:
There are 3 sets of drills.
Set 1: 90 bpm.
In the first 4 - 8 counts, we only pop on the clap beat. Clap beats are the 2, 4, 6, 8. In the second 4 - 8 counts, we will pop on every beat. We will repeat this process again.
Set 2: 135 bpm.
In this set, we do everything the same as set #1; however, the number 2 is at 128bpm. It's slightly faster. At this point, you should feel soreness in your arms.
Set 3: 90 bpm.
In this set, it's the same as set #1. You will focus on relaxing between the beats but definitely keep the power of your pop when the beat hits.
Try this multiple times throughout the day. You will improve if you never quit. Use a different episode to gain more movements as you get better with your popping skills. Now, put on your dancing shoes and let's get popping.
