Will bitcoin go up in price 3 days after the halving?
Have you tried PredIQt (prediqt.everipedia.org)? This is a prediction market on the EOS blockchain. Prediction markets are exchange-traded markets created for the purpose of trading the outcome of events. For example will Donald Trump win the 2020 US presidential election or Will there be more than 100,000 deaths in the USA due to Covid-19 by the end of May? Market prices can indicate what the crowd thinks the probability of the event is. The science behind a prediction market is that crowdsourced (collective)knowledge is likely to be more accurate than a single expert. If you are curious about Prediction Markets you can read a science article from Nature here: https://www.nature.com/news/the-power-of-prediction-markets-1.20820

Just having a bit of fun with my cats. I do have some etherum and etherum based tokens, but lately the Gas fees have been very high to transact, so I have been using EOSIO blockchains way more.
Here is a very simple hydroponic setup. It uses PCV pipes to make a closed loop to have the nutrients flow over the roots. I use this all summer long and it is great for lettuce.
Garbage Pail Kid (GPK) cards are now on the WAX blockchain. You can purchase them with credit card here https://toppsgpk.io or you can go to the WAX simple market to buy and sell with WAX tokens here https://wax.simplemarket.io/home. Topps the trading card company chose WAX because the WAX Blockchain is a safe and convenient way to create, buy, sell, and trade virtual items to anyone, anywhere in the world. It has facilitated the trade of more than $100 million digital items since 2017. I Got some Garbage Pail Kid (GPK) cards today. I remember collecting these as a kid. My favourite card would be an “Ian” card but there is no Ian lol. I am collecting ADAM BOMB cards because ADAM BOMB (Series 1 #8a) became an icon of the Garbage Pail Kids trading card franchise and this image was used on the first five series' packs. I am also collecting NASTY NICK (Series 1 #1a) as this was the very first card of the very first series released in 1985. The MEGA packs (2000) sold out in less than 7 hours!
It was around 1780 and it was in Vienna
No plastic money any more, the banks were against him
Everyone knew where the debts came from
He was a ladies' man, women loved his punk
He was a superstar, he was popular
He was too exalted, and that was his flair
He was a virtuoso, he was a rock idol
And everybody's still screaming: "Come and rock me Amadeus!"
I love things that fly and I have been a rc flight enthusiast for over 20 years. I have planes, helicopters, drones etc. but my favourite is this Ornithopter ( aircraft that flies by flapping its wings). It was made by Sean Kinkade, who unfortunately died in a tragic car accident in 2013. He made these amazing birds in 1993 and this video is older than bitcoin, about 12 years old (2008). The bird flies by the flapping of its wings and the turning is controlled with its rudder (it’s tail feather). Even with all the drone technology, I still enjoy flying this RC ornithopter to this day!
Did you know that humans perceive time in 2 ways:
If I told you that “Wednesday’s meeting at noon has been moved forward by 2 hours”. What time is the new meeting? Did you know that humans perceive time in two ways and we will get people saying it is 10am and other people saying 2pm. What would you think?
Please comment below or what time you think the new meeting would be.
Research has shown that that personality differences and emotional experiences may also influence how people reason about events in time, based on the assumption that people's understanding of time is grounded in their experiences in space. Participants who adopted the Moving-Time perspective (10am) were more likely to exhibit conscientious behaviours or anxious, while those who adopted the Moving-Ego perspective (2pm) were more likely to procrastinate. The Ego-moving perspective conceptualizes time as a stationary landscape that the active ego moves across, for example, We're approaching Christmas and the Time-moving perspective conceives of time as a conveyor belt that events move along, relative to a stationary ego, for example, Christmas is approaching.

Lately I have been reading the #Gratitudes channel on chirp.la If you haven’t been on chirp you should definitely check it out. Anyway the #Gratitudes channel reminded me of this collection of essays by Dr. Oliver Sacks. Oliver Sack was an amazing neurologist and writer and wrote about many of his case studies. He has been a scientific hero of mine. In 2015 he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given only months to live. He expressed the he wanted to live the richest, deepest, most productive he could. I encourage you to read one of his essays that he wrote just before he died, and it was was published in the New York Times: expressed the he wanted to live the richest, deepest, most productive he could.
