The table was placed there at 8:30 am that morning by the blond woman, who sent all the poll watchers home at night, then as soon as they left, she and 3 or 4 other people pulled out at least 4 suitcases full of ballots out from under that table. Each tabulating machine can count about 3,000 votes per hour. They had several there and had many hours alone, unsupervised!
