After meditation, manifesting rituals or visualization, it's important to take action. Most times I follow my intuition, sometimes I do what's excites me, what my spirit calls me to do, other times the circumstances simply force you to move.

Even on days when I'm feeling down and demotivated, I strive to unlearn procrastination, laziness and self sabotage, and push myself to take action. Even if it's micro and incremental steps. As long as I'm moving forward and closer to reaching my full potential. After shrugging off my old patterns and shadow habits I end up feeling much better and emotionally uplifted, this creates a knock on effect and potential of a better tomorrow??
