We all know how to manifest. It's just that some of us do this more consciously than others. Manifestation is the most natural thing we can do but where we go wrong is that we create resistance around what we want to happen and what ends up happening is we end up with more of what we don't want. Especially if you want something really bad. Wanting something so badly can create the energy of desperation which slows your manifestation process down. We start by getting back to what's right for you on an individual level. Abundance can come in the form of more money, a healthy body and in beautiful connections and relationships. In order for you to manifest from a place of what's true for you, you have to first become aware of what you value and then clean the clutter of all the beliefs, worries and complaints of the past and future and redirect your focus on what you truly desire. You learn to allow instead of resist. You begin to create space and presence around that which you value and then give yourself permission to allow the good stuff to come through. This is an alchemical process with your energy on the quantum field. Where everything happens now. For us to understand this incredible phenomenon we have to first learn how to bring our energy back into to ourselves. Which allows you to get really clear on what you are manifesting.
